- Can you explain the ordering proces?
How to order:
1. You can order by clicking in Categories on the product of your choice.
2. Then click on the name or photo of the wished-for product.
3. Click directly on the grey cart-icon or click for more info about the chosen product on the photo. Read and then click on the cart-icon.
4. To add more products just repeat 1-3.
5. Everytime you add a product, you will see the page: "what's in my cart" There you can adjust the number of products in your cart or remove them from your cart. Don't forget to click on the "update" button to confirm the chosen number of each item after changing!!
6. On the bottom of the page you can find the shipping estimates if you fill in your country and click "update".
We send worldwide, but outside the European Union shipping quotes are on request.
Our prices are based on weight and are on request through "Contact" our sales department.
7. After finalising the ordering just click "check-out".
8. On the next page you can choose from 3 possibilities.
A: proceed directly to check-out ( fill in name and adress); no password is needed.
B: register as an new account: a password is needed
C: fill in your emailadress and password as a returning customer. ( you can log in on the homepage too, if you are a registered customer or reseller)
N.B. As a returning (and registered) customer you can fill in up to 5 different shipping adresses. Easy for therapists! - What happens when I order?
After you completed the ordering proces, you will get an automatic generated email to confirm your order by means of a pro forma invoice. On the proforma invoice you will find the details of the payment, such as the international bankingdetails of Terra Treatment and the total amount of your order, shipping and VAT included. At the same time your order will be sent to the administration section of Terra Treatment and will be processed. When your payment has arrived, your order will be sent and the correct invoice will be included. - When will the order be shipped and delivered?
Unless other arrangements have been made, as soon as the total payment of your order is received on the bankaccount of Terra Treatment or on our PayPal account, when you pay by creditcard or paypal., your order will be shipped to you. You will be notified through email when your payment has arrived and when your order will be shipped. Normally orders are shipped within 24 hours after the arrival of the payment. Depending on the postal system of your country it will take a few days before arrival.
Your order can be monitored by us through the chosen postal "track and trace" system in case there are problems or a delay. - What are the Payment methods for customers outside the Netherlands?
You can pay your order in 3 ways:
1. Choose: International Banking Transfer if you want to pay by your own Bank Account.
2. Choose PayPal if you want to pay by Creditcard ( VISA and Mastercard only!!) or by your own PayPal account , if you have one.
You will be led to the secure payPal paying area and in order to fill in your Creditcard numbers you have to scroll down a little on this page.
NB. IDEAL is for Dutch customers only. - Why does the website display in English instead of Dutch (Nederlands).
The storageservice.nl site checks your browser for your preferred language.
To change this in Internet Explorer: choose Extra/Tools > Opties/Internet Options > Talen/Languages. Select your preferred language to be on top of the list.
