The Purchaser accepts and agrees that:

• The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of any of the products sold and will not hold The Seller liable for any damages suffered whatsoever, whether direct or consequential.
• The Purchaser will only use the products sold under the guidance of The Purchaser's physician or health therapist.

All translations are offered on a best effort basis. Any opinions stated are not necessarily those of The Seller. The Seller specifically does not make any medical claims for the products sold.
• The Purchaser is at least 18 years old and of legal age and capacity in their country of residence.
• The Purchaser has checked and confirmed that the products being ordered are legal in The Purchaser's state/country, i.e. the destination to which the products will be shipped.
• The Purchaser will bring no legal action against The Seller, it's employees or shareholders.
